ASSERTION AT WORK

We have probably all wished we had handled situations and people differently on occasion by being more assertive.

This 1 Day Course looks at how to communicate in a direct and effective manner, overcoming self-defeating behaviour and being able to say NO comfortably in a manner that demonstrates self-respect and respect for others.

We will explore how to develop a stronger influence over others, using constructive behaviours in the face of negative attitudes in a positive and appropriate communication style which is straightforward rather than aggressive or submissive.
