PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTRODUCTION


This one day Introduction Course provides all the essential skills, tools and techniques that you will need to support you in your project management role. The course concentrates on the practical techniques of successful project management and incorporates a number of easy to apply, effective tools and techniques that can be applied directly to the workplace.
