Inserting 3D Models in Excel


If you want to make your spreadsheets more visual, then why not insert some 3D Models. Microsoft provide a wide range of models that you can insert into your spreadsheet. 

To insert a 3D Model, go to the Insert tab and select the 3D Models icon. This will open the Online 3D Models window. In the search bar, type a description of what you are looking for and press enter. Once you have found the 3D model that you want, select it and click Insert. This will now insert the 3D Model into your spreadsheet.

How to make text stand out in Excel using WordArt


If you want text in Excel to stand out, then why not use WordArt. WordArt allows you to put special effects onto your text.

To apply WordArt, go to the Insert tab and select Text on the Ribbon. In the dropdown click on WordArt and select the design you want. A box will then appear on your spreadsheet, this is where you type in your text.

How do I add a shape to a spreadsheet?


Excel has a variety of shapes that you can insert into your spreadsheet. To insert a shape, go to the Insert tab, Illustrations group and select Shapes. 

In the dropdown, select the shape you want and then draw it onto your spreadsheet.

How to insert a picture into a spreadsheet?


If you want a picture like a company logo in your spreadsheet then you can. 

Go to the Insert tab, Illustrations group and select Pictures. Select the picture you want to apply to your spreadsheet and then select insert.

When you’ve got your picture in the spreadsheet, you can move it to where you want it to go.

How to insert an online picture into a spreadsheet?


If you want to place an image from the internet into your spreadsheet then select the Online Pictures tool on the Insert tab.

Type into the Bing search bar the object you want a picture of and click search. Then select the picture you want and click insert. This will now place the chosen image into your spreadsheet.
